Merlins Sports and Social Club on Apsley Road in Great Yarmouth has been extensively refurbished with a new look function room
, bar area and pool room, all fully air-conditioned. Merlins is available to hire for any functions from an office party to a
wedding reception. Hire of the room is free. A buffet menu is available or you may supply your own food.
The bar is well stocked with a wide selection of beer and lagers and also a fine selection of wines and spirits. Put all
this together with friendly staff and you have the perfect venue for any function large or small. Bookings are taken
all year round for functions catering for up to 200 people.
The refurbished bar area is the perfect place to enjoy your leisure time and have a drink and a chat with your friends. Bar
food is served all day with a menu offering everything from ham sandwiches to an all day breakfast.
For the sporty people amongst you there are 9 pool tables and 9 full size snooker tables. The darts players are catered for
with full darts facilities and 2 match play boards. Sports channels are available on 5 new plasma screen televisions. All
live football, rugby and cricket will be screened. So, if you want to play or just watch, Merlins is the place to be.
